As I predicted in July, Giorgio Armani is putting a lot of stock in Megan Fox, bringing her in as its newest underwear model.
Armani announced Wednesday that Megan Fox would grace billboards, magazines and other media wearing both scanty underwear and Armani jeans. The advertising campaign is scheduled to start in January.
Even after Jennifer’s Body barely broken its $16 million budget in worldwide box-office sales, Megan is still scheduled to at least make an appearance in the Michael Bay “Transformers” franchise’s third film.
Giorgio Armani is hoping Megan Fox will convince boyfriends across America to open their wallets when its newest advertising campaign launches in January. We knew this was gonna happen after we saw Megan Fox at Armani’s recent fashion show. Giorgio Armani has indeed hired the sexy “Transformers” actress to model in his new Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns.
I for one can’t wait until she is shown in the Armani Jeanshorts campaigns. Although we’ll have to wait until January to see her print ads and billboards. As you can see Armani isn’t actually marketing bras and panties to the women who’ll wear them. It is marketing to the men it hopes will buy them as gifts.
It was announced Wednesday that Fox has been hired to replace Posh Spice as the new Armani undies model. Interestingly, Posh’s husband, David Beckham, is the model for the design house’s tightie whities. Fox also will be the new official worldwide face for Armani Jeans next year.
